Management Team
 Philip Gregory is a principal within the Catapult Investment Group and has served as President and CEO of NK Technologies since its acquisition by Catapult in 1996.
Prior to NK Technologies, Mr. Gregory held the title of Chief Operating Officer for Memtek Products, a $350M subsidiary of Hanny Magnetics LTD which sold computer accessories. As part of Memorex Telex N.V., Philip held a variety of management positions related to Finance, Acquisition and Divestiture and was responsible for the sale of multiple divisions in both North America and Europe.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and a Masters of Business Administration from San Jose State University, in San Jose, California. |  Robin Shaffer joined NK Technologies in 2001 as its Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Prior to NK, Robin served as Vice President of Marketing for Zeus Wireless, a start-up provider of FHSS wireless technology which was acquired by Terabeam, Inc. Before Zeus Wireless, Robin held a variety of management positions within Johnson Controls Inc., most notably serving as National Sales Manager for JCI’s System Products Division. A 20-year veteran of sales and marketing within the technology space, Robin’s background also includes positions with Orbis Corporation, a manufacturer of engineered polymers for material handling, and The Trane Company.
Mr. Shaffer holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University SLO, a Masters of Business Administration from Marquette University and has been elected to the Tau Beta Pi and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies. |  Terry Semon, Director of Manufacturing, joined NK Technologies in 2000. Since then, Terry has been supremely responsible for the production and shipment of the many hundreds of thousands of current sensors NK Technologies produces.
A 35-year veteran of manufacturing, Terry’s experience includes over two decades with Hewlett Packard and Tandy Corporation. |  Bob Nguyen, Engineering Manager, has been with NK Technologies since 1994. One of NK technologies’ longest tenured employees, Bob is responsible for maintaining design continuity as NK’s product line transitions into new areas.
Prior to joining NK Technologies, Bob held a number of positions at Underwriter’s Laboratories.
